Terms of Use

These terms apply to classes at ChampBrain Academy ("we") and to the ChampBrain apps: the parent and student app (champbrain.com/app), the staff app ChampBrain Team (champbrain.com/team) and the admin panel. By logging in or registering, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the app

• A parent or guardian registers the child and is responsible for the account.
• Children use the app only with their parent's consent.
• Staff accounts are created only by the academy, and only for academy work.

2. Your account

• Login is by OTP sent to your mobile number. Do not share the OTP with anyone, including our staff.
• Give correct details for yourself and your child. Tell us if your number changes.
• You are responsible for activity done from your logged-in phone.

3. Fees and payments

• Fees, batch timings and course duration are as told to you at admission or shown in the app.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment receipt is shown in the app.
• Refunds, if any, follow the fee policy told to you at admission. For any payment problem, contact us within 7 days.

4. Study content and AI tutor

• Notes, videos, tests and other content in the app are for the personal study of enrolled students. Do not copy, sell or share them publicly.
• Answers from the AI Doubt Solver are generated by a computer to help with study. They can sometimes be wrong; check with your teacher when in doubt.

5. Fair use

Do not misuse the app: no abusive or false messages, no attempt to access another person's account or data, and no attempt to harm the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after informing the parent.

6. Service availability

We try to keep the app running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may change or improve over time.

7. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time on WhatsApp from your registered number or by email to [email protected]. Records that the law needs us to keep (such as fee records) are kept as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact
